Automation in the production process is an absolute must

We have a large range of machinery which is constantly renewed and further developed.

We have an extensive range of machinery, which is regularly renewed and developed. This is done through total overhaul of existing machines, but also through the purchase of new machines. Currently, our entire machine park consists of hydraulic machines and some electrical machines.
Our machine park includes the cream of the crop of Western European machine builders, with machines from Arburg, BMB, Engel and Netstal.

Our machines are well and completely computer-controlled. Due to the flexible application options, different products can be made with each machine.
We are constantly developing by acquiring or commissioning improved peripheral equipment. It is a must in our industry to keep automating and developing this technically complicated production process.

Arburg

With the move to the Waterbeemd, the first BMB machines came into the picture. Since then, it has become impossible to imagine our machinery without them. Automation is also extremely important for these machines. These machines in combination with Fanuc robots (6 axis robots) are a beautiful sight to see. The BMB machine park consists of machines ranging from 250kN to 2200kN.

Engel

The Engel brand can also be found with us. Over the years, we have grown strongly in product diversity, so more powerful machines had to come too! Engel machinery ranges from 350kN to 750kN.

Netstal

Naast kleinere technische producten, kunnen wij met Netstal ook grotere technische producten maken. Netstal machines zijn hier perfect voor. Met de zeven Netstal machines die samen in een productiehal staan opgesteld, kunnen we ook deze uitdaging aangaan. Het Netstal-machinepark varieert van 150kN tot 350kN.

Italtech

If you’re looking for a big machine with lots of features, it’s at Lolaar. A 5500kN machine with which we can spray very large products.

Peripheral equipment

In addition to a diverse and large machine park, we also have a sizeable package of peripheral equipment. For instance, we use grinding mills that ensure that residual fabrication/production waste can be fed back into the production process. We also have many robots that enable the automation of our process. We write the programmes that make the robots work ourselves, giving us enormous flexibility in the operation of each robot, which varies from small to large! Customer-oriented packaging is becoming increasingly important; it gives customers extra added value when it requires less and less work before their product is in the shop. The packaging options within Lolaar are diverse. We have a wide range of automatic labelling machines. Robots can be adjusted so that the products are labelled first, before they are put on the belt, to pack them according to the customer’s wishes
